Certified Green

Every Green Canopy Home comes with 3rd-party certification of the energy improvements we made and verification of our green building methods and materials.  Green Canopy Homes retrofits existing, in-city homes according to the Built Green remodel checklist to promote resource efficiency.  Built Green certification assures homebuyers of the sustainability of our building process, and we retrofit a large portion of all Built Green certified remodeled homes in Seattle. All of our homes are Built Green certified, and some of the highlights of a Green Canopy Home include:
