Become a Certified Energy AgentTo become a Certified Agent, each person is required to attend 2 Green Genius classes, 1 quarterly Fixer Mixer Event as well as a $50.00 Registration Fee (that basically helps pay for booze and the Green Canopy Energy Agent designation marketing).Certified Energy Agents are the only agents allowed to list our homes, they have access to sneak peeks of our properties prior to listings, their names and bios will be proudly displayed on our website, and we will provide each of you with the GCEA designation marketing for your business cards and additional collateral to help you differentiate yourself as an expert in green real estate. This will not only help you to acquire and sell our homes – but will help you differentiate yourself across the Seattle market.  Lastly, we are occasionally in a position to refer clients to our Energy Agents since we market our properties to the neighborhood throughout the entire construction process – this generates interest, neighbors and friends want to know how they can buy our product.
